On 3 September 2011 Their Majesties King-Father and Queen-Mother left the Kingdom for Beijing, People’s Republic of China for medical treatment. Their Majesties were seen at Phnom Penh International Airport by HM the King Norodom Sihamoni and top Government officials mainly, Senate President Samdech Chea Sim, National Assembly President Samdech Heng Samrin and his spouse, Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen and Lok Chumteav Kitty Prittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, Samdech Reach Botrey Preah Ream Norodom Bupha Devi, and H.E. Mr. M. Pan Kuansu, Ambassador Extraordinary et Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom, Members of the Royal Family and high ranking Officials.
