On October 23, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to H.E. Mrs. Eva Luise Koehler, the wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Franck M. Mann, Ambassador of Germany to Cambodia and of a delegation of the Cabodian branch of the UNICEF. From October 22 to October 27, H.E. Mrs. Koehler will visit Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siemreap with the UNICEF in the framework of a UNCICEF assistance programme in favor of children suffering from HIV/AIDS.
