On October 6, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a Mr. Douglas Gardner, Coordinator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) who came to bid his farewell. Mr. Gardner was accompanied by his wife and a delegation composed of the UNDP and the UNICEF staff members.
