Mr. Pius Fisher, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Cambodia, accompanied by Doctor Winfried Kill, Director of the Sun Ya Kill fund of Germany and his Cambodian collaborator, Doctor Yos Phanita.
