Mr. Charles A.RAY, former US ambassador to Cambodia and currently under secretary of state in charge of “Missing in Action” (MIA) of the Department of defense of USA, accompanied by H.E. Ambassador of USA to Cambodia and the Defense Assistant Army Attaché.
