On August 26, 2006, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to HE Mr. Dominique Perben, French Minister of Transports, Equipment, Tourism and Sea Resources. The Minister was accompanied by HE Mr. Yvon Roe d'Albert, French Ambassador to Cambodia and by M. Yves Thibault de Sil Guy, Chairman of the Vinci Group.
