On June 24, 2006, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mr. Lu Ban Hiang, a long-time friend of His, at the Khemarin Palace. Currently living in the USA, Mr. Lu Ban Hiang and his family offered 5 tons of rice to His Majesty to be distributed to needy families.
