On Sunday May 14, 2006, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni celebrated His 53rd Birthday at the O Khlay Pagoda in the Chambok commune in the Kompong Speu province. On this occasion, His Majesty offered presents to 54 monks and distributed humanitairian aid to 423 villagers.
