On the morning of 25 February 2017, at the Silver Pagoda, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK, presided over a Buddhist Memorial Service « Sanga Tean-Veraphoatt », in tribute to His Late Majesty King-Father NORODOM SIHANOUK of Cambodia.
