At 11:00 am of July 27th 2015, His Majesty the King granted an audience to H.E. Ms. Khek Kay Mealy Sisoda, high privy Councilor of HM the King and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cambodia to the People Republic of China, Mr. Beaver Chang, Ms. Shally Wang followed by their Children Mr. Michael Chang and his spouse Ms. Tiara Laurent, recently married. Members of both families were also present. On this occasion, HM the King graciously granted his precious Blessings to the newlywed couple.
