Under the very high instructions of HM King Norodom Sihamoni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, sent the Samdech Euv Team to help poor villagers in ploughing in Banteay Meas district, Kampot province. As a result, from June 6th to July 15th 2012, 55. 35 hectares of rice field was ploughed by SamdechEuv Team.
