Under the very high instructions of HM King Norodom Sihamoni, H.E. Mr. Kuy Sophal delivered a Royal Donation of US$ 4,000 and 05 tons of rice to the UNFAO office in Cambodia in order to deliver breakfast to pupils in remote schools of Cambodia.
