On 16 November 2007, under the very high instructions of HM the King, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, handed over 4 Millions riels to the Patriarch of the Sammaki Reach Voraram pagoda, in Borey kammakor village, Roka Thom district, Kg. Speu province.
