On 6 July 2022, at Khemarin Pavilion, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK presided over the ritual of “Vossa” Candle Moulding. The “Vossa” is the annual three months retreat for monks which takes place at the rainy season. During this period, the monks confine themselves in pagodas, and the Buddhists followers conveyed offerings to monks.
