On the second day of the Khmer New Year Celebration, in the afternoon of 15 April, His Majesty the King presided over the blessing water ritual which consisted in bathing the Buddha’ Statues and Buddhist Monks with blessing water in front of the Throne Hall, and “Baingsokol” ritual in the Throne Hall.
