Mr. Xiong Bo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People Republic of China, offered engineering machineries and spare parts to His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI at the Royal Palace, for H.M. the King’s humanitarian Actions and social works.
