Mr. PIN Sarapich, Project Manager of the Association « Pour un Sourire d’Enfant », has delivered a welcoming speech and presented the activities of the Association, which has been founded by Mr. Christian Des PALLIERES and Mrs. Marie-France Des PALLIERES in 1995. Mr. Didier FAREZ, Director of the ALSHTOM Foundation Asia, has also presented to His Majesty the King the activities of the ALSTHOM Foundation. His Majesty the King, from His own budget, has donated five thousands US dollards and five tons of rice to the Association. His Majesty has also donated, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen-Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK of Cambodia, five thousands US dollars and five tons of rice as well, to support the development of the NGO “Pour un Sourire d’Enfant”.His Majesty the King graciously decorated Mr. Christian Des PALLIERES,​Mrs. Marie-France Des PALLIERES, Mr. PIN Sarapich and Mr.OUK Sovann, for their contribution to the development of Cambodia.
