On 9th September 2013, HM the King was carrying out his humanitarian activities in Lovea Em district, Kandal province to provide Royal Aid to 513 flood victims. Each victim received 50kg of rice, a kit with mosquito net and clothes, 1 box noodle, 10 cans of sardine, 1 T-shirt and 100,000 riels. Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, H.E. Mr. Kuy Sophal Senior Minister in charge of Royal Palace Affairs, H.E. Chhea Horn, Minister of the Royal Palace, and local Authorities were accompanying His Majesty the King.
