On 28 September 2013, HM the King begins his humanitarian activities in Damnak Changeu district, Kep province, by visiting seven poorest families. Each family received 50kg of rice, a kit with mosquito net and clothes, 1 T-shirt and 100,000 riels. Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, H.E. Mr. Kuy Sophal Senior Minister in charge of Royal Palace Affairs, H.E. Chhea Horn, Minister of the Royal Palace, and local Authorities were accompanying His Majesty the King.
