On October 30, 2011, HM King Norodom Sihamoni presided over a ceremony organized in front of the Chan Chhaya by the Royal Gouvernment of Cambodia to celebrate the historic return of HM King-Father Norodom Sihanouk to Cambodia as well as his 89th Birthday. Her Majesty Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath, the Royal Family, the highest dignitaries of the Kingdom attended this impressive ceremony that gathered thousands soldiers, policemen, civil servants, high school and university students of Cambodia.
