On 6 January 2011 HM the King greeted in Khemarin Palace Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, High Privy Counsellor to HM the King, and H.E. Mr. Chap Nhalivuth, H.E. Mr. Tan Seng Hort, H.E. Mr. Toch Lavinorang and Mr. Yin Virak. Samdech Norodom Sirivuddh and his delegation presented the New Year wishes to HM the King with a woodcarving and historic documents on Khmer-Sino friendship under King-Father’s reign
