On October 26, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delegation of the Cambodian Center for Happiness NGO composed of Mr. Mich Sokha, Chairman and co-founder, Mr. Brian Gray, co-Chairman and Mrs. Harrisson-Jame, teacher who came to introduce the NGO and more particularly their "Smile Project".
