On August 27, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni went to building grounds of the future Preah Norodom Sihamoni condominium conceived in order to give a home to the most deprived people of the capital. The condominium is being built in Khmuonh commune, Russey Keo district of Phnom Penh. After the visit His Majesty distributed aid to 86 workers building the condominium.
