On January 16, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni paid a visit to the deprived people of the Saom commune, Kirivong district, Takeo province where He distributed humanitairian aid. Afterwards, His Majesty presided over the inauguration ceremony of a school building, a gift of the Czech Republic.
