On June 23, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni presided over the 17th National Session of the Koran Reading at the Great Mosque at Kilometer 19, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh. His Majesty took this opportunity to adress the Khmer muslim compatriots.
