On April 12, 2007 at 10:00 am, His Majesty the King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at Khemarin Palace to Mrs. Margo Picken, Director of the United Nation Cambodia Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, accompanied by Mr. Henrik Stenman, Deputy Director to bid farewell to His Majesty.
