On March 24, 2007 at 11:30 am, His Majesty the King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at Khemarin Palace to H.E. Mr. Chhorn Hay, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
