On the afternoon of 15 April, second day of the Khmer New Year Celebration, His Majesty the King presided over the rituals of sprinkling holy water of the Buddha’ Statuettes and Buddhist Monks in front of the Throne Hall, and “Baing Skol” in the Throne Hall.
