On 29 March 2012 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King received the International Kim Il Sung Prize on behalf of HM King-Father Norodom Sihanouk. Attending the decoration ceremony, the People’s Democratic Republic People’s of Korea delegation led by H.E. Mr. Johny Sei-ho Hon, board member of the Kim Il Sung International Prize Foundation, and on the Cambodian side, HRH Samdech Preah Ream Norodom Bupha Devi, member of the Senate, Samdech Norodom Sirivuddh, High Privy Counsellor of HM the King, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Royal Palace Minister, HE Mr. Khieu Kanharith, Information Minister, HE M. Him Chhem Culture and Fine Arts Minister, and H.E. M. Chhorn Hay, Cambodian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea.
